Neon is a mysterious woman with heterochromia, who can mostly be encountered on her Okazakimotorbike, speeding through the inner city in the middle of the night...
I haven't fleshed out this character that much yet (for if I ever use her in a story), but one thing I already know is that she has a specific secret that has to do with her heterochromia... ;-)
Also, I admit that I have never watched Akira yet - but I am aware of the imagery associated with it, so this may indeed have influenced this picture a bit.
That's a good question, and the answer is... I don't know yet.
The notion that she might fit in quite well amongst the eccentric population of Autumn Bay has indeed crossed my mind, if that's what you are hinting at here.
On the other hand though, if I were to use her in some future Cryptida chapter, she'd obviously have to be able to interact with my other characters, so Gernsbeck may be more "probable" in this regard...
